The culture of Mexico is infused with vibrant colors. However, one color stands out, and it couldn’t be more fitting to call it “Mexican Pink” or, in spanish called, “Rosa Mexicano.”

From the ornate taxis in the heart of Mexico City to the blooming Bugambilia adorning the city’s walls, this lively pink can be found everywhere.

For those not from Mexico, you might know this color as “Fucsia” or “Fuchsia,” named after the German botanist Leonhart Fuchs.

Here is what our Founder Alexa says about the name: “I wanted a name that reflects my life journey and my origins. As I read about this color, I knew it was the perfect name for my design studio. Fucsia carries the essence of my Mexican homeland, as well as my second chosen home, Germany.”
